Meandering Around Mallorca

My job is supporting people with spinal cord injuries live their daily lives, and one of the people I work with loves cycling. Late April he took on the challenge of the Mallorca 312 (doing the 167km option) on his handcycle, which means I got to go along to the wonderful Balearic Island of Mallorca.

Rambling in Riga

November meant it was time for me and Dan to go on our annual overseas (Christmas) trip. I have always wanted to go to the Baltics after seeing a lot of photos from friends who had been, so cheap flight prices saw us heading to Riga. The cheap flight did mean we had to be up at sparrow’s fart to make the departure so we decided to stay at the Hampton by Hilton which is right next door to Stansted Airport. The NC 500 – Scotland’s Northern Route – Things to See

Budaful Budapest

Well I’m shit at blogging, last one was from July! My bad! Finally back at it with this blog about my trip to Budapest in November.

Remember my mate Dan from the Colorado Ski Trip and from last year’s trip to Warsaw? If you don’t remember (and can’t be bothered looking at the previous posts) Dan is a full time wheelchair user with a spinal injury (paraplegic).  He’s also my travel buddy.
